Welcome To Birthday Theme Sunday

Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying looking at all the fun crafty projects that I have made? If you are leave a comment; love to see what you liked about it!  Here is another cool layout that I had made for my son's (Ethan) scrapbook.
The cartridge that I used to make the Cake and the Birhday Present was from Celebrate With  Flourish. I bet you guys can't guess what stickers I used, (Giggle) the one and only Jolees stickers. The paper is out of a kit called Finish In a Flash! This kit has over 130 items in it to make your scrapbooks. I like to use these kits and then use my cricut to add a little pizazz to it!
Well now you know how I made this simple but really cute layout.  These are just  some tips and ideas for your own scrapbook pages. I hope everyone has a fantabulous crafting day!  Come visit tomorrow and see what's in store for tomorrow; all I can say is it's fantastic.

Hey Welcome To ScrapBook Saturday!

Hey Hey Hey.... Its pinkpolkadotscrapping...Guys I am so excited to show you my Little Mini scrap booking album. I made this ex specially for my fiance soon to be husband in September 24th, 2011! So excited! I was inspired by him telling me that he didn't want me to buy him something for his Birthday he rather wanted something that was sentimental. So his desk needed some help and that's where I came up with the idea for the mini album.
The Cartridge that I used were Just Because Cards and the Martha Stewart Cake Cartridge ( All Occasions Cake Art) .
The chip board I bought was called Kaiser Craft Lacep Album.
The title page was from the Just Because Card . The ribbon I used was actually from the dollar stash bin at Michael's.

Our Blessings Believe it or not was cut from the Martha Stewart Cake Art Cartridge. I hope I am giving you ideas how to use your cake cartridges so there not just collecting dust on your shelf.
The stickers I used are Jolee's stickers. Michael's had a great deal on them, 40% off !

The finished Product!! Well I hope you enjoyed this project as much as I did sharing it! Well I hope you all have a great crafting day!

Hope you like this creative and easy tag for Christmas presents.

Ha who would of thought using purple would make a cute and pretty snowflake card for Christmas. I also Used the Demask Decor Cartridge for this . I cut this card using 5" for the snowflake.

Hello well I know it has been a long time since the last project. My son Ethan was life flighted to Cincinnati Children's Hospital on the July 11th. He had a bad bacterial infection in his blood stream that could of killed him if he didn't get the central line taken out of his chest immediately and put on high dose of antibiotics. Ethan is doing so much better and looks like discharge day will be Friday . How exciting!! I wanted to share this cute and easy card that I made only using the function keys on the Cricut. This card was fun and it was also simple to do. So if you are new like me in this crafty cricut world you too can make this!!

The cartridge that I used for this was Demask Decor Cartridge. I used Pink card stock paper as the card part and cut it 5'inches on the cricut.
The zebra print layer paper was also cut at 5'inches and all i used was the function keys to make the elaborate design for this card.

Like I said this card was simple and fun to do. I hope you will have fun making your cards and just by using the function keys! Please come back to see what other cool , easy and most importantly Fun projects I have store for you all. Hope you all have a Fantastic crafty Day!

Festive Friday!

So today is not Friday but I did do a project for Friday's Theme. I couldn't update because my son Ethan who is 19 Months, was life flighted to Cincinnati's Chrildren's hospital. He has a bacteria infection in his blood and they are treating him for that. On top of that his white blood cells keep dropping so they want to do a bonemarrow biopsy to see why his bonemarrow isn't producing enough white blood cells.
So anyways here is my cute box that I made for Festive Friday's.

This is such a great idea for kids parties for valentines day or even a gift for teacher's! Or even for your love ones. I used the TIE THE KNOT cartridge to make the box!!
Well I will update my blog as soon as my son and I get out of the hospital. Please pray for him and my family. Thanks so much!

IT'S THEME DAY WEDNESDAY AT MY CRICUT CRAFT ROOM!!

Today's theme is "Would You Guess Wednesday's". So I decided to make these cute and fun purses for my daughter's Haley's room. I  am going to display them on her shelf as a decorations.

I used the Forever Young Cartridge for the purses. For the flowers I used the Martha Stewart Elegant Cake Cartridge.
The Paper is K&Company Super Pad (the pink purse) The polka dot purse was made using the Retro Card Stock. Love this paper! Both purses were 5' cuts by the cricut,

I had to show the back of the purses.

Well these were some simple projects. you could use these for any special occasion. Examples would be purse parties, gift bags for little girl's parties and there are a lot more ways you could use these for.  Well  I'm off crafting hope you have a fantabulous day! Come back on Friday and  check out my crafts for FESTIVE FRIDAY Theme and Also check out my up coming crafts for my fiance's Birthday. Its going to be fun and exciting.

First Project..Theme: Kids

Hello everyone this is my first ever blog post, how exciting. I am so new to this scrapping world. I love to do crafts and come up with some cool projects. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as I do making them.  The first project was based on the Theme kids. So I made a cover page for my son's scrapbook.

So the first thing that I did was find a cute designer layout page. So I decided to use K&Company Scrap Kit (Baby Boy 86 pieces ). That company always has such cute layouts and embellishments.

The next step was finding these really cool squares. They are called SQUARE STAX . They are so cool because they already have rigid edges and all I did was turned them to appear upwards like diamonds and glued them down.

I used the Cricut Classic Font Cartridge for the letters and I did  use the shadow the letters with a lighter blue plain paper.

The cute embellishments that you see is from the kit and I added more by using A touch of Jolee's stickers.

This what the finished product look likes. This was simple and easy and it did not take very long to do!

Thank you for taking the time to stop bye and check out my blog, This project is the first of many more to come.  Enjoy!
