I have a ton of scraps and I usually throw them away but now that I am cutting back I am re-using my scraps..( My friend Crafty And Green would be so proud)!! I have been actually saving a lot and using my scraps and making beautiful creations..

So since I made my daughter Haley that Fairy picture I wanted something elegant to go with it! This is what I have created with my scraps!
