Imagine-ation Monday

Hello blogger friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Man where did the time go?? So fast Christmas will be here in no time.
I know I haven't been posting much lately, I just lost my favorite Aunt last Monday and I have been feeling quite down lately. I know she is in a better place but I miss her dearly. Today is the funeral and I am dreading to go.. I lost my grandfather 16 months ago and now this. I just had to thank everyone who has been so kind and thoughtful. You all will see a lot more cool projects that I will be doing in the upcoming weeks.

Over at My Cricut Craft Room . Today is Imagine-ation Monday. This is where we can use the cartridges, or the paper and make something out of that.

So I had came up with this super cool and fun ornament. This was so easy and it came out beautiful. The two cartridges that I used were Mother's Day Bouquet and Santa Villiage. I am just really in aw with that Santa Village I just love it!

Here are my ornaments

Instructions: I use the Santa village for the paper. (NOTE: Did you know that you can use the paper and make it a double sided page..How cool is that! )

These are the two pages I chose.

I then scored the sheet of paper at every 1/2 inch. Then you fold it like a fan then I cut down the paper from 12 inches to 6 inches.

Then I added twine as the hoop to hold the ornament on the tree.

I wanted to make the pictures so you can see the detail

Hope you all have a great week and Have a great crafting day!

They came out to be 6 inches they are big, but i had to cut at th 9 inch mark and the 3 inch mark while it is scored.YOu can make different cuts by just adjusting your scissors, like if you angle the cut on both sides you get a pointy edge look just like mine, or if you cut a little rounded edege it comes out rounded, so you can play around with them and make them all different you can also just make smaller ones but I like them a lot bigger! Hope that helps!
