Home Decor and More

Welcome to the Home Decor & More blog hop presented by Cicily the Pink Dalmation Scrapper.
If you came from the fabulous Cicily then you're in the right spot. If not, then start at the beginning with Pink Dalmatian.
DIY Home Decor is all the rage & now with tools like Pinterest we can be inspired & instructed on just about anything. So why not take those craft supplies & create something unique & decorative in our homes, inside or out? Sit back, relax, pin any & all inspiration & see what we've created!

I am a Pinterest Fanatic! My last name is Pinter and I have people always asking me if I came up with Pinterest! I laugh and say I wish!
I wanted to share with ya'll my vintage wreath! I found a picture similar on pinterest under paper book wreath!

Here is My Vintage PaperBook Wreath!

Supplies:
  • Old Book
  • Sampler cricut Cartridge (Mother's Day)
  • Lacy labels Cricut Cartridge
  • Black and Beige Cardstock
  • Hot Glue Gun
This wreath was so simple and fun! It took just under an hour.
So I first took Lacy Labels Cricut Cartridge and cut a 6" Circle. Then I cut the silhouette image from the Sampler Cricut Cartridge at 5 3/4". Glued the two images together and then glued it on the circle.
Then I took an old book and ripped a page and made a cone . Then I  hot glued the  pointy piece to the back of the image. I continued to fill the entire circle up and then I added a second layer to the wreath!

I really hope you try to make one for someone special or even for yourself. This wreath looks so amazing in my room! Christmas is just right around the corner and this would make a great gift!
Thanks for stopping by .. make sure you leave me some love and tell me what you think??

Your next stop is miss LisaMarie
