Card Creating Sunday

Hello I hope you all started out your weekend off great. I know I have not been doing many projects lately. I have been going through some things well I call them trials that god gives me. I just found out that my best friend in the whole wide world ( MY MOM) is going to a kidney specialist and she only has one kidney and  she is a 2 on the kidney failure score board. 10 is the kidney failure. I'm worried but then I try to think positive and God has a plan for all of us. I just am praying that God keeps her around.

I am one of the Design Members featured over at My Cricut Craft Room. Today's theme over there is Card Creating Day.

I made this Birthday for someone's Birthday that is coming up. I made an envelope and a pretty card to match. I made a rosette and added a cupcake to it . The cupcake's are made from The sweet Shop Cartridge.

IMAGINE-ATION MONDAY

Well hello friends!! Hope you all had a great weekend and boy there was  a lot going on this weekend. Blog hops..K Andrews had an awesome Blog hop this weekend. Her Design Team rocked it. If you have yet visited her blog you should stop over at My Cricut Craft Room to see the line up.

I had my first ever Scentsy Party;Saturday Night and boy that was so much fun. If you are new to my blog Erica is my sister-in-law. So if you see me refer to Erica that is who I am talking about. She came and brought those wonderful and amazing treats that she made for the Blog hop for K Andrews stamps, they were a hit. If you have yet seen those stop over at her blog.

I wanted to share what My daughter (Haley) and I made for her school project. She had to decorate a pumpkin and it had to be a character from a book or movie. So she wanted to do 101 Dalmatian. So this is what we came up with.

Ha isn't it cute. I literally spent an hour and a 1/2 at pat catan's and was walking down the isles to come up with an easy way for her to do this by herself so she could actually say she did this and be proud of it.

I did help glue the ears and eyelashes.

Boy she is so excited to show her teacher!

Now onto my card that I made for Imagine-ation Monday. This is when you use a Imagine cartridge or paper and basically make anything creative.

Halloween is almost here, so I wanted to make Haley's teacher a pretty card. Here it is...

I love these accordion cards they are so much fun to do.

I used Imagine more Cartridge for the orange and striped paper. This Cartridge is so neat and the paper is amazing on it.

Theme Thursday: Winter

Welcome friends I hope you all are having an awesome week. I can't wait for Saturday I am having a scentsy party. This is my first party at my new place. I just want people to show up just to have fun, they don't have to buy anything, but what women doesn't like candles. I will have to share to you all how it goes. I have an update on my Ethan. I received great news Tuesday night that my son's anti-rejection is back to normal. Thank the good lord and every one's prayers. I was so afraid that I would have to go to Cincinnati and watch him in one of those cage cribs. I hate seeing him like that plus he gets no sleep. So Good news No Cincinnati. So once again thank you all for the wonderful prayers.

So today's theme over at My Cricut Craft Room is Theme Day Thursday. The Theme is WINTER! So here is what I came up with...It's a masculine card or I tried to make one.

This is supposed to be for my husband.

Instructions:

Cut an 8 1/4 x 4 1/4- inch piece of plain vanilla card stock. Score the card vertically at 2 2/4 inches from left edge.

Form a 2 3/4x 4 1/2 inch top folded card I used Polka dot paper.

Take a tag and cut the little circle at the end of the tag.

Take flower shoppe and make two different flowers. These were cut at 3inches. Take blue ribbon and add it to your card.

Use Pink By Design stamp Baby It's cold outside.

The Inside.. I use Trim the Tree to make the inside note part.

I hope you like this card. I tried some new things to add a little more to my card. Card Creating Tuesday

Imagine-aition Monday

Hello Bloggers, I hope you all enjoyed the blog hop hosted by My Cricut Craft Room.  If you have not visited there to see it you should after my blog to see all the Awesome crafts.

Today I am featured as a guest Designer over at My Cricut Craft Room.

Today's theme is Imagine-ation Monday. I am doing a lot more Christmas cards for my family. Here is one of those cards.

Materials: Brown Cardstock, 3 Different design Paper, Pop-A-Dots, Ribbon, Gold, Green and Blue Glitter Pens and Snow Angel Imagine Cartridge and Lovely Floral Cartridge.

Instructions: Cut Brown Cardstock at 12x5 3/4,Score card stock vertically 4 and 8 inches from left edge. Fold panels Accordion Style.

I chose the paper from Snow angel and I made my own embellishments( Presents)

I stamped a cute scroll so someone or Even I could write something sweet. I also use red Glitter pen to add some texture to my card.

This is what the The Accordion Style Card looks like when you are finished .

Hope you like this card, I love this Snow Angel Cartridge. The paper is so pretty!

Festive Friday

Thank Goodness It's Friday!

I don't know about you all but this week has been so productive for me. Taking Ethan to the doctors almost everyday but Monday. His labs are showing that the anti-rejection medicine is hurting his kidneys so the doctors are debating on putting him on another medication. Ugh... So if you all can pray for my little man I would appreciate it. I don't know if you all know but Madison is doing  a wonderful project for the Month of October. It's called I feel the love project. So today I am featured as a guest designer for My Cricut Craft Room. Today's Theme is FESTIVE FRIDAY. I chose to make a cute Halloween card. Here it is......

You will need:

Light purple single fold card (6in) square

green,purple and orange designer paper or plain paper (NOTE): I used Target Dollar section Scrapbook Halloween Paper

Scary and  Chic Cartridge

Pink By Design Stamps ( Ghostly Greetings) and (Cute Halloween)

white Gel Pen

Cut two pieces of Purple  paper (1)  4 1/2 x 2 5/8in and (1) 2 3/8 x 1 1/4in;

and two pieces of Green paper (1)  6 x 2 3/4in and (1) 2 3/8 x1in; and two pieces of Orange paper (1) 6 X 3 1/8in and (1) 2 3/8x 3/4in . I cut out the decorative mirror with the witches hat at 3in on the Imagine. stick the mirror and witch hat on the orange glitter paper and mount the orange paper onto the green paper. Take the two panels and mount it on the purple designer paper. Take the Pink By Design Cute Halloween and stamp on the upper right corner the little spider and spider web. Take the white Gel pen and out line the embossed spider and spider web. Add little white spots to the spider to add a little extra detail. Then take Ghostly Greetings and stamp with black ink and stamp the greeting to the little green designer paper.

I used the Fancy Pants Designer paper ( Given to me by ERICA)

So Busy..

So guess what Friends Haley comes home tonight!! Yippee, I know I haven't spent hardly any time on crafts... I have been feeling kinda down lately. I don't know what it is. I watched like 5 episodes of Drop Dead Diva and I laughed, Cried and basically went through all the emotions you can imagine ( giggle). I don't ever hardly watch Television. All of my spare time usually  is spent crafting. I will get back into it, I just guess I was kinda in a funk.

So Haley is coming home tonight after being with her dad in San Diego. Her father just got married last sat, so she flew on weds to be in it. Plus she has no clue but he will break  the bad news to her and tell her he has to go to Iraq.  I know I know why do I care?? Well me and my Ex are actually better as friends. Yes I know what your thinking but hey think about it. For Haley's  sake at least we can talk and respect one another instead of bashing each other. After all he will always be Haley's Father.

I have been so busy making cupcake wrapper and labels ( for my hubbys ). I can't wait to show you the finished product. Well I just wanted to update all my NEW friends and Thank you who stops by and comment on my projects that I have made. I promise in the next couple of days there will be more crafts that I will be making. I hope you all have a Great Crafting Sunday!

Theme Thursday~ Sweet and Treats

Hello All! I know I haven't been crafting. My daughter just left today to go to San Diego to visit her Father for his wedding. She is 8 years old and flys all the time. Every time I and her off It feels like the first time every time. I get so emotional. So I have been preoccupied spending my free time doing things with her.

Well since she left today I started back up on my crafting. I wanted to share my cute Craft for today's theme over at My Cricut Craft Room.

Imagine-ation Monday

Hello and Welcome to another fantastic day at my blog. So what did you all think about the Blog Hop?? I think this is my favorite 100 Blog Hop Yet. If you haven't seen the Blog Hop; you should Hop on over to My Cricut Craft Room and start there.

Well today over at My Cricut Craft Room it is Imagine-ation Monday. This is where the Design Team makes projects just from using the Imagine Machine. You can use Cartridge , or even print out paper and make projects out of that.

This is what I came up with using my Imagine Machine.

I made a DOUBLE POUCH CARD BAG HOLDER , and a DIAPER FOLD CARD. I used Snow Angel Cartridge. This Cartridge is one of my new one's that I have just bought. If you don't have this Cartridge I recommend you to get this one for Christmas. There are such cute design paper on this Cartridge.
